Samantha M. Ojo is an associate in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Samantha gained extensive experience in the professional athletics space as a law clerk at the National Football League and the Major League Baseball Players Association. During law school, she was a member of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, the President of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Society, and the Director of Alumni Relations for both the Black Law Students Association and the Dispute Resolution Society.
