Ross H. Friedman counsels employers across a range of labor and employment issues and advises clients on issues related to business organizations and corporate transactions. With litigation experience before the National Labor Relations Board, he focuses on management-union relations, collective bargaining, and contract disputes involving grievance arbitration. Ross is a co-chair of Morgan Lewis’s Workforce Change Practice, which manages employment, labor, and benefits issues that arise from mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, startups, spinoffs, workforce reductions, shutdowns, outsourcing, offshoring, and other types of business restructuring.
