Litigation associate Becca is known for her efficiency, creative-thinking, and clear communication skills. In addition to litigation, Becca works with clients on a variety of projects as part of the land use practice, and she particularly enjoys having strong working relationships with community members who will help shape the city of San Diego in the future. It is important to Becca that she takes the time to thoroughly understand her clients’ projects and needs from the beginning in order to appreciate what they are trying to achieve and help them realize their goals.
Becca’s approach to practicing law was formed, in part, by her work prior to law school. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, Becca spent six years working as an academic advisor for the university, where she helped students with decision-making and mapping out their future paths.
While earning her law degree, Becca served as an extern for the Honorable Deborah Barnes, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. She subsequently served as a legal extern for the National Center of Lesbian Rights in San Francisco. In her spare time, she volunteers with the San Diego Humane Society's Project Wildlife program. Becca is also a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
