Global Trademark Portfolio Management
Trish provides trusted counsel in all aspects of U.S. and international trademark law, including global trademark portfolio planning and management; policing and enforcement of trademark rights; clearance searches and opinions; domain name disputes including arbitration under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy; drafting coexistence, license, co-branding and settlement agreements; franchise-related trademark issues; and due diligence. She serves an international client base that includes leading companies in the furniture, medical device, refrigeration, software, chemical, and home construction products industries, and in the health care, banking, restaurant, educational, medical, chemical treatment, and gaming industries.
Past Experience
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Trish practiced with Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand LLP and then independently provided legal services to Hormel Food Corporation and other clients. In that capacity, she assisted with a variety of intellectual property matters, including managing U.S. trademark portfolios, trademark clearance searching, due diligence reviews, licensing, co-branding, coexistence, product placement, intellectual property development and confidentiality agreements, trademark policing and protection, and copyright issues.
