Olivia J. Quinto is a 3L at Rutgers School of Law-Newark. She is Managing Articles Editor for Rutgers' Race & The LawReview and a Moot Court Board member. Her note “Like Selling Water in the Desert: Expanding the U-Visa to Victims of Notario Fraud and Other Unauthorized Practices of Law” has been selected for publication. Olivia has received the Ella Baker Fellowship with the Center for Constitutional Rights, the Wenk Public Interest Fellowship with the ACLU-New Jersey, the 2012 National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Minority Law Fellowship and the 2012 American Association for Justice’s Mike Eidson Scholarship.
