Mr. Edwards is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology practice groups. He focuses his practice on developing and protecting intellectual property rights in the United States and abroad. Mr. Edwards assists clients in patent, trademark and copyright litigation by writing complaints, motions and briefs. He also assists clients by researching, analyzing and writing legal memoranda on trademark selection, clearance, registration and prosecution. Mr. Edwards is especially experienced in protecting clients' trademarks on the internet and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP") actions.
During law school, Mr. Edwards was a Staff Writer for the Arizona Law Review and a Couch on Insurance Fellow.
