Morgan Kennedy is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office and a member of the Communications & Media and Privacy & Data Security Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kennedy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Denise J. Casper of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and practiced for two years at a large international law firm in New York, New York.
