Kimberly J. Boggs focuses her work on tax and ERISA matters related to employee benefit plans and arrangements. She regularly conducts comprehensive reviews of qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans (and their related recordkeeping systems) for compliance with operational and form requirements of the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA; prepares submissions and negotiates corrections related to voluntary compliance programs sponsored by the IRS and the DOL; drafts and amends qualified retirement and welfare benefit plans to conform to changes in the law; and prepares determination letter and exemption letter requests.
