Kelly M. Gorton is part of a team of litigation lawyers who provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
While in law school, Kelly served as senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, program director for the Custody and Support Assistance Clinic, research director for the Environmental Law Project, and events chair for the Leaders in Education Reform Network (LEARN). She also gained valuable pro bono experience representing indigent clients with custody matters in Philadelphia Family Court as a certified legal intern for the Custody and Support Assistance Clinic and worked on U Visa applications as an advocate for the Transnational Legal Clinic. Prior to law school, Kelly worked for a San Francisco-based public policy think tank.
