Professional Biography

Attorney Keith Randall protects the interests of real estate owners and developers in negotiating design and construction agreements for complex, high-profile projects in Tennessee and across the country.

His extensive project experience with high-impact commercial projects spans health care, hospitality, multi-family housing, mixed-use, and manufacturing.

Recently, Keith played a key role in the 2017 revision of the proprietary design and construction agreements for a publicly traded health care company. Keith is known for his experience with regard to the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s Design & Specifications Manual, having represented the road construction industry in its discussions with the agency during the 2015 revisions.

He also advises on real estate investment trusts in a wide range of construction projects. Keith has drafted the construction agreements for a number of prestigious projects that are reshaping the Nashville skyline. His experience also includes hospitality projects and mixed-use developments. In addition to his transactional practice, Keith assists clients in state and local government relations, land use, and zoning matters that frequently arise in significant real estate development projects and constitutional litigation.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Keith was a Partner at a national law firm. During law school, he served as an Extern for Judge William J. Haynes Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and as a Law Clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.
