  • Julie A. Vogelzang practices in the area of labor and employment law with a focus on California wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and unfair competition. Ms. Vogelzang has extensive state and federal court litigation experience with both single-plaintiff as well as class action cases, particularly wage and hour class actions. Her practice also includes conducting investigations into employee complaints and counseling employers on all types of employment law issues, including preventative counseling, personnel policy issues, performance and termination counseling, lay-offs and discrimination issues.

    Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Vogelzang served as law clerk to the Honorable William B. Enright of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

    Ms. Vogelzang is a 1994 cum laude graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was editor of the Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif, and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
