John is an associate currently working with Varnum’s litigation and environmental practice teams. He has worked on matters involving unfair competition and trade secrets, CERCLA (Superfund) litigation, anti-trust investigations and real estate matters. John also has experience in appellate law matters, including drafting successful appellate briefs for the Michigan Court of Appeals and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
