She handles a wide range of employment issues, including those arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.
