Jennifer Scullion is a partner in the Litigation Department. She leads litigations, arbitrations and appeals for U.S. and international communications and sports entities, as well as for multinational corporations and investor groups. In addition, she regularly counsels U.S. programmers and distributors in connection with affiliation and rights agreements, as well as federal and state legal issues.
