Jennifer M. Olk focuses her practice in estate planning and administration. Jennifer counsels clients on techniques to preserve and enhance their wealth. Her experience includes structuring estate plans to maximize intergenerational wealth protection, minimize transfer taxes and maximize protection from creditors. She also advises clients on retirement assets.
Jennifer also counsels owners of closely held businesses in succession planning and ownership structures. She develops sophisticated estate vehicles tailored to the distinct needs of such business owners. She has experience in organizing and developing succession plans for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Jennifer represents trustees and executors in their fiduciary capacities in the administration of trusts and estates. She has experience in the preparation of estate tax, gift tax, and fiduciary income tax returns.
