Jim assists business and public entities in resolving, litigating and arbitrating complex commercial disputes. He routinely handles disputes involving construction projects, insurance coverage, lender liability, trade secret misappropriation, noncompetition agreements, commercial fraud and breach of contract or warranty. Jim also practices in alternative dispute resolution.

He works primarily for clients in the real estate development and construction industries, including owners, developers, contractors and design professionals. In addition, his clients include banks, manufacturers, distributors, private business of all kinds and public sector entities.
