As a law clerk at Ifrah Law, Griffin Finan has already worked on a wide range of matters for the firm’s clients. Griffin will be joining the firm as an Associate in autumn of 2012.
Ifrah Law offers specialized experience in the online poker industry, and Griffin has already made significant contributions in many i-gaming cases, primarily in class action defense. In his work at Ifrah Law, Griffin has assisted in advising a fantasy sports website investor on compliance with federal gambling laws. He has also provided counsel in government contract debarment proceedings, contract disputes, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission defense work, and the firm’s qui tam whistleblower cases.
Griffin has also interned with the Hon. Sally Adkins of the Maryland Court of Appeals, and spent a summer working with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama. He served as an Articles Development Editor on the Editorial Board of the American Criminal Law Review. In 2011, Griffin co-authored the Securities Chapter in the Annual Survey of White Collar Crime.
