Giovanni Giarratana is an Associate at Bradley's Tampa office. He assists clients faced with civil and criminal investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance issues across various industries. He also has experience representing clients in complex litigation and issues related to securities fraud, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination, and patent infringement.
While in law school, Giovanni participated in the Honors Program. He also served on the editorial board of the Stetson Law Review as an articles and symposia editor and managing editor and received the Darby Award for his dedication and service to the organization. His article titled “The Employment Non-Discrimination Act After Hobby Lobby: Striving for Progress – Not Perfection” was published in the Stetson Law Review and received the Elizabeth M. Leeman Award for being the best student work published that year. Giovanni was also a member of Stetson’s Advocacy Board, where he participated on award winning teams in national moot court competitions.
