Erin is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Private Client Services Department, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and philanthropy. In that role, Erin works with individuals and families on the preparation of tax-efficient estate plans, and she helps guide fiduciaries through the settlement of estates and the administration of trusts.
Before joining the firm, Erin was an intern for the Honorable Alfred V. Covello of the United States District Court and a summer associate for Wiggin and Dana. While in law school, Erin worked with Professor Brendan S. Maher, for whom she assisted with research related to retirement benefits, insurance, and health care law.
