With her extensive experience, she counsels employers in private arbitration and in federal and state court litigation, and she advises human resources personnel and in-house counsel of local and national companies and government agencies on various employment-related issues.
She frequently represents employers in cases involving religious, race, sex, national origin, age, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ms. Hobbs-Wright also handles a variety of employment-related appeals in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Colorado Court of Appeals, and Colorado Supreme Court.
