Beth is a partner and technology lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She advises companies on outsourced services and procurement initiatives, strategic technology and licensing transactions, and merger and acquisitions. Beth is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice and Innovative Technology Sector.
Beth provides leading health care, manufacturing, consumer product, professional services, public entity, and high tech clients with a full range of strategic technology contracting services. Beth has a depth of practical experience in all aspects of the procurement and sourcing process, from strategy development through vendor selection, negotiation, and implementation. She applies her decade of experience on both customer-side and vendor-side transactions to guide clients through complex negotiations of new commercial matters, as well as transaction restructuring and renegotiating existing relationships and agreements.
Clients benefit from Beth’s insight as a former corporate counsel for a national retail chain. In this capacity, she served as a strategic adviser to senior management and gained experience finding creative and practical solutions to complex business challenges. Beth’s in-house role included supporting the technology and marketing procurement teams and providing legal guidance relating to product development, supply chain and manufacturing issues, privacy and cybersecurity, marketing, intellectual property, and vendor relations.
