Edgar focuses his practice on securities litigation and complex business disputes. He represents companies, their directors and officers, and special litigation committees in securities and shareholder litigation matters. He also represents companies and individuals in investigations and proceedings brought by the SEC and other government and regulatory agencies.

Edgar uses his experience as a federal law clerk to help his clients navigate the intricacies of litigation matters as well as internal and government investigations. He has represented companies across matters involving securities litigation, commercial disputes, and product liability at the trial and appellate stages. Edgar also maintains a robust pro bono practice and participates in multiple Atlanta-based community organizations.
