Carrie Wilson Oswald is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group focusing on merger and acquisition transactions, corporate finance and securities compliance matters, and general commercial agreements.
Before joining Neal Gerber Eisenberg, Carrie interned with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in the Child Abuse Unit. While in law school, Carrie was a student attorney in the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic.
