Caroline Sinegar advises clients on regulatory, litigation, enforcement and policy matters across the energy industry. During law school, she served on The George Washington Law Review, and completed internships with the US Department of Energy’s Office of Hearings and Appeals and the Center for Justice Innovation.
Before law school, Caroline served at the South Carolina Department of Administration and as a congressional intern to a Member of Congress.
