Brian Anhalt is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee Office.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Brian worked for the Michigan Supreme Court as a law clerk to Justice David F. Viviano. During law school, he served as a summer associate at a firm in Michigan, working on complex commercial matters and conducting extensive research on corporate legal issues. He also was a legal extern to Chief Justice Robert P. Young Jr. of the Michigan Supreme Court, Judge David W. McKeague of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
