Blake M. Fulton is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the Jackson office. Mr. Fulton concentrates his practice in the areas of public and private project finance, corporate debt restructuring, state and local government law, and economic development incentives.
Mr. Fulton has assisted clients in both the public and private sector with entity organization and formation, contract drafting and review, negotiation and documentation of commercial financing transactions, bond financing transactions. He has also assisted with a variety of economic development incentives including property, sales, use, income, and franchise tax incentives, along with other incentives related to tax exempt and taxable bond financing.
