Bianca Ascolese is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department of Foley & Lardner LLP. She is located in the firm’s New York office, where she is a member of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice Group.

Before joining Foley, Bianca worked at a boutique firm providing legal counsel to various startups, entrepreneurs, and creatives in the fashion, beauty, tech, fin-tech, and health sectors on contract, business, and trademark matters. She specialized in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights by developing trademark strategies, conducting trademark searches, filing trademark applications, and handling trademark prosecution and enforcement actions.

While in law school Bianca worked in the legal department of a multinational luxury fashion holding company where she focused on trademark and brand protection projects. She also served as a Student Attorney at the New York Law School Trademark Clinic.
