Bert is a shareholder in the firm's Water, Energy, Resources and Environment practice group. He focuses on environmental permitting and compliance, siting of utility infrastructure projects, and environmental due diligence. His clients include leaders in aggregate mining, hard rock mining, construction, energy, and manufacturing. He is also an appointed member on the Arizona Mining Advisory Council, which advises state agencies on proposed rules, policies and budget allocations affecting the mining industry.
