Amy Johnson is a valuable legal ally for health care industry clients, guiding them through transactional, regulatory, compliance, clinical research, risk management and health care real estate matters. She brings a beneficial background as a former in-house heath care attorney where she managed the legal aspects of issues involving physician relationships (employed and independent), joint ventures, medical staff matters, transactions and contracts, post-acute care, accreditation, a liability and casualty insurance program (commercial and self-insured) and general legal health care compliance.
