Ali Brodie focuses her practice on global business immigration and employer compliance law. She represents both companies and individuals. She has a wide range of experience including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and naturalization/citizenship matters.
She represents clients in a variety of immigrant and non-immigrant matters including treaty investors and traders, professionals, managers and executives, immigrant investors, and marriage-based permanent residency. Ali counsels employers on Form I-9 employment verification matters. She regularly conducts audits of corporate clients’ employment eligibility verification documents on both the Federal and State levels, prepares compliance plans for businesses, counsels clients with regards to minimizing exposure and liability in government audits, and trains human resource personnel on the proper completion and maintenance of the Form I-9.
