Aileen Ng researches, interprets, and applies federal and state laws relating to consumer financial services and mortgage banking. She advises non-depository and depository institutions on laws regulating disclosures and agreements, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), E-Sign Act (Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act), and the financial privacy requirements in Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Aileen also prepares multi-state regulatory surveys and analyses relating to mortgage lending, brokering, and servicing.
During law school, Aileen served several internships with the D.C. Superior Court where she worked on family law and domestic violence projects.
