Robert Daley works with a wide range of health care clients including nonprofit health care associations, health care providers, patient advocacy organizations and companies to develop legislative strategies, craft policy solutions and represent their interests before policymakers in Washington. Robert helps clients navigate and understand changing political and legislative dynamics to appropriately adjust their advocacy efforts to meet their goals. He has had significant success working with clients to secure favorable amendments to federal legislation, including Medicare payment changes.

Robert’s experience working on Capitol Hill equips him with an in-depth knowledge of relevant health care issues and legislative initiatives currently at play in Congress. His passion for health policy stems from the six years he spent working in the U.S. Senate for Dr. John Barrasso (R-WY), the Chairman of the Senate Republican Policy Committee. During his time in the Senate, Robert covered a portfolio that included both domestic and foreign health programs and represented the Senator’s interests in regular meetings with health care stakeholders and constituents, conducted legislative research, analyzed political trends to help inform the Senator’s decision making on vote and co-sponsor recommendations, and helped coordinate the office’s correspondence and constituent outreach programs.
