Varnum is pleased to announce that Susana Arce has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Team in the Naples office.

Arce represents clients in litigation matters, including construction disputes, contract claims, Condo and HOA disputes, and other business-related conflicts. Her work includes assisting clients with legal research, drafting, and case strategy.

Before joining the firm, Arce focused her practice on representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters. She also brings a strong background in dispute resolution and mediation.

Arce earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was the recipient of the Governor’s Scholarship. During law school, she served as president of the Tax Moot Court, was a teaching assistant for Artificial Intelligence, Technology, and the Law, and served as secretary for the Law Association for Women. She was also active in the Latino Law Student Association and earned a spot on the Dean’s List for five consecutive semesters.
