Minneapolis, MN (March 18, 2026) - Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Counsel Thomas Calhoun-Lopez and Associate Caroline M. Moos have joined the firm in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group in Minneapolis. The arrival of these attorneys strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver sophisticated risk assessments and corporate defense for decision-makers facing high-stakes disputes. 

Calhoun-Lopez brings more than 15 years of experience as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, along with distinguished service as a retired U.S. Army officer. Before entering private practice, he served as chief of Violent and Major Crimes in the District of Minnesota. Calhoun-Lopez led initiatives targeting complex criminal organizations and managed significant trials. He advises clients on white-collar criminal matters, government investigations and complex litigation, drawing on his firsthand experience with federal enforcement to help organizations strengthen compliance and protect operations.

Moos focuses her practice on complex litigation and dispute resolution, advising businesses on product liability, mass torts, business litigation and appellate matters. Recognized as a 2024 "Rising Star" by Minnesota Super Lawyers, she brings the experience needed to help clients navigate the complex legal processes. Before joining the firm, Moos handled multi-district litigation and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lucinda E. Jesson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
