Jose Luis Trasfi concentrates his practice on international transactional matters involving energy, infrastructure and procurement projects and all types of corporate transactions in Mexico and Latin America.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Jose Luis spent nearly five years in-house with PEMEX as in-house counsel of PEMEX Procurement International, Inc., where he led the negotiation of multiple international contracts and procurement proceedings (upstream and downstream), including in strategic offshore projects in the Gulf of Mexico.
