Kate focuses her practice on complex business reorganizations under chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Kate was a law clerk to The Honorable Diane Finkle of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island.
