Scott Allen is an employment lawyer who represents companies in a range of matters, including lawsuits before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as government investigations concerning wage & hour and occupational safety and health compliance. Scott also handles employment aspects of M&A transactions for buyers and sellers.
In addition, Scott advises employers on day-to-day employment issues, such as disability accommodation, leaves of absence, and disciplinary matters, including for employers with operations throughout the country.
Prior to joining Foley, Scott worked as a press assistant and legislative aide in the United States Senate.
