- Creditors’ rights litigation and lender liability claims
- Partnership disputes
- Trust and estate litigation
- Opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (TTAB)
- Internet domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO)
- Licensing and diligence on intellectual property rights
Jin also maintains a diverse pro bono practice that includes divorce litigation, Social Security appeals, immigration matters, and Section 1983 actions.
