Ms. McHugh is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group. Her experience includes conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, and assisting with discovery and trial preparation.
Before joining the firm, Ms. McHugh served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson at the U.S. District Court in the District of Colorado. In this capacity, she wrote numerous draft orders and memos and assisted the Court in presiding over more than a dozen trials and hearings on a variety of civil disputes. She was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Sheila A. Rappaport at the Denver District Court.
