Andy is an associate in Ryley Carlock's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy, Lending and Commercial Litigation practice groups focusing primarily on the representation of lenders and other creditors in pre and post-judgment litigation. Her practice emphasizes litigation with respect to the enforcement of promissory notes, personal and commercial guaranties, security agreements, deeds of trust, and commercial contracts.
