Sidra Ehsan Cheema is an associate at Ogletree Deakins’ Raleigh office. She focuses her practice on employment-based immigration. She has extensive experience with employment-based visa categories and adjustment of status. She advises clients on non-immigrant visas, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1; O-1, and the various paths to immigrant visas. She also directs the preparation of J visas, and F-1 STEM extension applications. She has extensive experience in handling immigrant, non-immigrant RFEs and advises clients regarding visa stamping and international travel guidance.
Sidra is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.
