John focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, transactions, and general corporate matters. He works with businesses of all sizes, including emerging companies.
Prior to joining Mintz and while earning his JD, John worked as a law clerk for a San Diego–based law firm, where he prepared corporate formation documents and operating agreements, drafted memoranda and motions, and assisted with discovery. He also worked on data privacy compliance matters as well as employment and personal injury litigation.
