Mary Colleen Fowler is a third-year law student at Kansas University School of Law. She is a Comment Editor for the Kansas Law Review and a staff editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. She is also a member of the KU Moot Council and will be competing at the Burton D. Weschler National First Amendment Competition in Fall 2019. Following graduation, she will join Snell & Wilmer as a first-year associate in Phoenix, AZ. Mary Colleen enjoys learning about the intersection of law and technology and First Amendment issues.
