He is experienced in all phases of clients’ domestic and international trademark and brand management needs, from adoption and clearance of trademarks, to their registration and enforcement. In addition, Zach focuses his practice on transactional matters including licensing, co-branding, sponsorship, and purchase and sale agreements of trademarks and other intellectual property assets.
