Kristin D. Daly-Barnes is a corporate and transactional attorney who advises both publicly-traded and privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Kristin has represented companies in corporate securities matters, including equity offerings, securities law compliance, and preparation of annual and quarterly reports and other reporting and disclosure requirements under the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Before joining Ballard Spahr, Kristin worked in nonprofit development.
