Alexis Dyschkant is an associate in the government contracts practice. She has experience in state and federal bid protests, litigation involving government contractors, and counseling involving the submission of a contract proposal to the federal government. Before joining the firm, Ms. Dyschkant clerked for the Honorable Thomas C. Wheeler at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
