OSHA Basics for Employers: Inspections, Interviews, and Common Pitfalls

OSHA can be intimidating for many employers: there is a veritable mountain of health and safety standards, rules, regulations and procedures to learn and understand. This is all the more pressing when OSHA is knocking at the door wanting to conduct an inspection or interview employees. We will go over the basics of what employers need to know about OSHA, including dealing with inspections and address some common pitfalls and mistakes that employers should avoid.
