Zachary D. Drench is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department and chair of the Environmental Law Group.
Zack represents commercial real estate development and operating companies on acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development matters. He has experience negotiating retail, restaurant, office, and industrial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants. Additionally, Zack’s practice involves advising clients on land use and environmental compliance and liability issues.
