Yaniv is a seasoned legal executive and corporate strategist with over two decades of experience navigating complex legal landscapes. His practice is at the intersection of law, technology, and business growth.
Prior to joining ERM, Yaniv served as Chief Legal Officer and a member of the executive management team at a market-leading technology company. In this capacity, he managed the organisation’s entire legal infrastructure, overseeing global legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and high-stakes international negotiations, including matters involving US regulators and complex litigation.
Prior to his transition in-house, Yaniv spent 15 years at a premier Israeli law firm, where he served as a Partner and Co-head of the Corporate / M&A Practice Group.
His extensive expertise spans the hi-tech, fintech, and biomed sectors, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and government procurement within the infrastructure and transportation industries.
