Professional Biography

William S. Fallon’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, representing corporate and institutional clients in disputes involving breach of contract claims, unfair trade practices, business torts, and other commercial and regulatory matters nationwide.

William interned with the Civil Appellate Staff of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., as a law student. He drafted the United States’ appellee brief for a case involving a challenge to government enforcement in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, wrote a memorandum recommending against appeal in a Freedom of Information Act case, performed legal research, and participated in moot courts. 

In law school, William received multiple recognitions for his legal writing, including Best Note in Connecticut Law Review Volume 57, the Judge Robert Satter Award, and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Practice.

William graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and he graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
